Time's Over-Turning: A New World Dawning Through Us
Greetings, friends of Fractal Praxis!
Last night, a small group of radical queer grown-ups from around the Denver area convened in my living room. We met for the purpose of tenderly conjuring the dreams we would need to sustain us in 2025 and beyond. Dreams of a better world, clarity about our role in it, and what we must do to survive and thrive in the treacherous times we're all anticipating.
We tenderly shared our fear, grief, rage, and motivations. We discussed our gifts and callings. We dined on homemade food. We hummed and drummed in a visualization ritual. We drew, crafted, wrote, sang, invoked, wept, laughed. And then, we shared with one another about what we saw in our visions and what we felt called to do and become.
In just one day, it will be, canonically, 2025.
Pretty late on "the clock of the world." 🕛
Ain't much time left to sort things out and leave a legacy.
To capture what good still exists, and attempt to undo the rest.
What struck me about our discussions last night at Conjure was the sense of how enraged we all feel to be living under a blatantly subpar social order. We KNOW things could be different, and we have everything in hand to make for a better world... I guess we're only missing the permission to thrive from an elite class of a half dozen billionaires, who would prefer to keep controlling us and profiting off of our systemic, collective degradation.
What also struck me was how awakened everyone is becoming about this. How sensible revolution seems. And how assured we are that the system MUST crumble from the weight of its own inculpatory failures. That it might in fact, be so fragile as to be 🌬️... blown over like a house of cards.
After all: it is the illusion of these billionaires' (and the dollar's) supremacy that is keeping us trapped. Not the truth. IF we're willing to reckon with the truth.
So today, I'm coming to you with a renewed sense of urgency. It's time to discern exactly what must be done and nothing excess.
Breaking away from ultra-emergent patterning and into executive power
In 2024 I embraced a highly ✨Em3rG3nT✨ approach to Fractal Praxis. I focused on delivering experimental, highly creative and rewarding (but unprofitable) ritual spaces and circles like Purge Church, Moon Dunes, Embodiers Circle, and more. Really, I was just winging it and relishing the earned freedom and creative power to do so.
Now I'm embarking into a much more structured and strategic initiative to gain extraordinary traction and impact for Fractal Praxis.
After all these years living "outside the boss"... it's time for me to grit my teeth and execute like an executive. 🥷
I've got to run Fractal Praxis more like a business. AND, more like a church (oddly enough). But: less like an utterly intuitive project or hobby.
I'm anti-capitalist but I need to survive. If I can't survive, then the Fractal Praxis philosophy and path in the world cannot help all of us to thrive.
I have esteem for the philosophical project I've poured myself into for 20 years of my life. I believe this work has been utterly meaningful and amounts to my greatest contribution in this lifetime.

I've spent the last month in a dedicated phase of social "darkness," an incubatory portal for the re-birthing of my business. (Happy belated new moon, by the way 🌑.) My stamina, training and talents for operating a business has grown and grown, nonlinearly but substantially, since I began providing start-up technical assistance to co-ops and community enterprises over 13 years ago.
I'm a proselytizer, yes, a poet and preacher, but not a salesperson. ...Or am I? 🤷♀️

Wednesday Evening Weirding Sessions LAUNCHES JANUARY 8th!
WEWS is a Wednesday evening ritual offering, recorded for Youtube and distributed every Wednesday at 6:30pm MT.
WEWS are 15–30 minute long virtual "masses" consisting of a sermon, a ritual offering, and Q&A from members. Happening on a weekly basis, WEWS will enable viewers and participants to engage in the continued work of unpacking the belief system underpinning Fractal Praxis.
I haven't created a landing page yet, but there will soon be one on the website. Meanwhile make sure to subscribe to the Fractal Praxis YouTube channel!
In due time, and with enough participation: I'll begin offering these sessions LIVESTREAMED. I will even convert some special Wednesdays into hybrid events (simultaneous online AND in-person), where discussion and dialogue will take precedence.

Coming Up in 2025... Cohorts!
OK, now, for the LAST time, I'll remind you: it's a GOOD time to become a member. ☝️ Because of what ELSE 2025 has in store!
After years of experimentation, I've landed on what I feel is the optimal structure for "going deeper" together: COHORTS. 🫂 A cohort is a focused learning community of up to 13 people who embark together on a dedicated learning-and-practice journey. Each cohort would run for between 3 and 6 months, and meet on a rhythmic and ritual basis.
Each cohort will foster a focused DEEP DIVE into the theory & practice of world-shifting methods from within the Fractal Praxis wheelhouse. These cohorts will be lovingly crafted by me, leveraging my 20 years of skills and training as a community organizer, facilitator, curriculum developer, and experience designer.
I've got a dozen concepts up my sleeve, but here are some potential titles for cohorts I'll be considering in 2025:
- Intuition Training, how to develop intuition using rigorous methods; balancing the needs of little-s "self" and big-s "Self"; loosening the attachment to rational mind; synchronicities and "sense-making with collective consciousness"; channeling and nature communion; etc.
- Cooperativism Training & Discussion Course, a thoughtful training for the fundamental skills, knowledges, and methods needed for effective anti-oppressive, non-hierarchical community organizing.
- Journey to Baba Yaga, a structured psychic deep-dive rich with ritual, discussion, and self-guided practice journey designed to strengthen your spiritual sovereignty and relationship with intuition—modeled after the myth of Vasalisa and Baba Yaga in Women Who Run With the Wolves.
- BAVBO, a collective journey for womxn and femmes only, toward unlocking primal expression and processing rage/grief/frustration/absurdity through the empowerment of methods like political burlesque and Theater of the Oppressed.
