WEWS #2 Choo Choo! π
Coming into the station!
Friends, a confession:
I keep shooting for 15 minutes, and it keeps ending up being 30 minutes long.
As usual, I'm working out the kinks as I go. βοΈπ΅βπ«
I either need an editor, or I'm just so damned PENT UP with information about FP, and have got a LOT of context to set. π₯
Or, probably both. As I discuss in the clip, I'm a fairly feral philosopher and priestess. I abide self-organization always. But it's time I deepen the weave, or the braid, between my little self's life work, and the world of my relations. ππΈοΈ
Thanks for letting me slog through the set-up & context setting. π’ I promise next week's episode, where we get into the nitty gritty of what makes some cults "noxious," is going to get juicy!! π
Imbolc Invitation for the Curious Member
- Are you local to the Denver area?
- Seeking intentional community in which to practice and experience sacred ritual space?
- Interested in exploring the Embodiers Circle?
On Tuesday Feb 4th @ 7pm, I'm hosting a FREE, IN-PERSON Imbolc Ceremony at my glorious home in Golden. This is exclusively for folks who are curious about possibly joining a monthly meetup group centered on community ritual. If you'd like an invitation, simply drop me a line requesting one!
Let's come together in community to celebrate the sacred holiday, traditionally celebrated on Feb 1st and honoring the goddess Brigid who represents the creative spark of inspiration inside all of us! ππ¨π₯βοΈπ
This is possibly my FAVE Celtic Wheel of the Year holiday because it's all about embodying creative expression as an offering to the goddess! Not to mention it's full of candles and light to brighten the dark winter nights π―οΈπ―οΈπ―οΈπ―οΈ while acknowledging the half-way point between winter βοΈ and spring. π
A bonus sermon just for subscribers!
Beloved subscribers, here's a fun gift. A spontaneous sermon, spoken from the pure mode of channeling, captured a couple nights ago.
The two WEWS thus far have been fairly structured. But don't fret, there's plenty more WILDNESS coming. And this lil' clip offers a taste of it. πΊ
Highlights:
π£οΈ Free the din from within
our disorganized, heart broken
chests and spines. π¦΄
...But it all hangs together in a web, a web of meaning
We crawl this web towards our sustenance
and we hope this lattice holds. πΈοΈ
So I defy thee, Grendel's dragon,
who would mock the bridges we build across chasms.
I say, we might as well make the greatest bridge of all time. π
If you have a friend who wants in on the special bits & bobs available through being a subscriber π§Ί please forward this email to them! Here's the link to subscribe. We need more thinking, dreaming, feeling participants in this warping work of coming to know the world, and thus, love it better. π
Thank you.
Your friend in dharma,
C.
